Jaideep Das

Jaideep Das, equipped with an MSW degree, has dedicated two decades to RGVN, focusing on enhancing the livelihoods of both rural and urban underprivileged communities. His efforts center around providing crucial credit support through local NGOs and CBOs. Notably, Jaideep has led the North Eastern Region and Sikkim division, orchestrating collaborations with various institutions. His role involves assessing the capacity-building needs of partner NGOs and beneficiaries, ensuring they receive essential support. He further fortified his expertise by attending a certificate course on Community Based Micro-Finance at the Coady International Institute in Nova Scotia, Canada.
