RGVN organized 7 ESDPs (of 1-2 months duration) on Fashion Designing, Food Processing, Mobile Repairing, Maintenance of Agricultural and Water Lifting Equipments, and Beautician and Cosmetology in various places in Upper Assam. The programmes were supported by the Indian Institute of Entrepreneurship (IIE), Guwahati. A total of 210 unemployed youths (30 unemployed youths in each programme) were provided with necessary skill enhancement trainings, which are mainly practical sessions along with theoretical sessions on EDP. The programmes were conducted from September 2012 to January 2013.
